We collect information you provide directly: school name, email addresses, student records (as entered by authorized staff), and usage data from your interactions with our platform. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Your data is used solely to provide and improve our services: hosting your school's instance, generating reports (including DepEd-mandated forms), issuing digital credentials, and providing support. We may use anonymized, aggregated data for platform analytics.
All data is stored on Supabase with encryption at rest and in transit. Each school's data is isolated via Row-Level Security (RLS). We maintain SOC 2 compliant infrastructure and conduct regular security audits.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account termination, data is permanently deleted within 90 days. You may request a data export at any time by contacting support.
We comply with the Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173). For schools subject to additional regulations (e.g., GDPR for international students), contact us for a Data Processing Agreement.
