By accessing or using the Web Solutions Inc platform ("WSI"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the platform on behalf of a school or institution, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.
WSI provides a SaaS platform comprising VChainID (credential issuance), SkillForgeLMS (learning management), and WSI SMS (school management). Services are provided on a subscription basis according to the plan selected.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, ensuring the accuracy of data you upload, and complying with applicable laws including the Philippines Data Privacy Act (RA 10173). You must not use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
Subscription fees are billed monthly in Philippine Peso (PHP). Pricing is as published on our website. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
WSI provides the platform "as is" and makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WSI's liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. WSI may suspend access immediately for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be handled per our Privacy Policy.
